1. Agreement

By accessing or using this website, forms, or related online services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who we are / licensing

SE Health Solutions is a multi-state licensed health insurance agency / producer organization. Insurance products are offered only where we (and the applicable producer) are licensed and appointed. Licenses / NPN: Florida and other states where appointed — details available upon request. Product availability, rates, and underwriting rules vary by carrier, state, and individual circumstances.

3. Not advice; no guarantee of coverage

Content on this site is for general informational purposes only. It is not insurance advice, tax advice, legal advice, or medical advice, and it does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship beyond what applicable law requires for licensed producers when you become a client.

Coverage, eligibility, rates, benefits, and tax treatment are not guaranteed. Many plans are medically underwritten and are not guaranteed-issue. Submission of a form or request for a “strategy review” does not bind coverage, reserve a rate, or approve an application.

4. No professional–client relationship from browsing

Browsing or submitting contact information does not, by itself, make you a client. A producer–client relationship, if any, is formed under applicable state insurance law and our onboarding process.

5. Accuracy of information you provide

You agree to provide accurate, complete information in forms and communications. Misstatements may affect eligibility, quotes, or coverage.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by SE Health or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site (including fraud, scraping at scale, introducing malware, or interfering with operations) or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third parties or load analytics/marketing tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.

THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SE HEALTH AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SE Health from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, HIPAA Privacy Practices. If you consent to calls, SMS, or email, that consent is governed by the consent language presented at collection and applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or your state’s mandatory consumer protections apply. Venue for disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration elsewhere: the appropriate, Florida, unless prohibited by law.
