Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 1, 2026
Operator: SE Health Solutions (“SE Health,” “we,” “us”)
Contact / privacy requests: syd@sehealthsolutions.com
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website, forms, email/SMS programs, and related marketing or lead-handling activities. It is not a substitute for our HIPAA Privacy Practices notice, which addresses protected health information (PHI) in the insurance / benefits context where HIPAA applies.
Important: Where HIPAA applies to our activities, the HIPAA Privacy Practices notice controls for PHI. This Privacy Policy covers personal information collected through our marketing site and related communications.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: - Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, postal address - Employment / lead context: employment status (e.g., 1099, owner), estimated income range, household/coverage needs, free-text “specific needs” - Communication content: emails, call notes, SMS content, form submissions - Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, cookies/pixels, and similar technologies (including tools such as Google Tag Manager / analytics / ads tags if enabled) - Transaction / agency data: applications, quotes, policy numbers, carrier correspondence (often collected off-site or via secure workflows)
We do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, full medical records, or payment card data via the public marketing site forms described here. If those are needed later, they are collected through appropriate secure channels.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to: - Respond to quote / strategy-review requests and provide licensed insurance services - Contact you by email, phone, or SMS when you have consented (or as otherwise permitted by law) - Operate, secure, and improve the website and lead funnel - Comply with law, licensing, carrier, and recordkeeping requirements - Send newsletters or educational content if you subscribed / consented - Detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents
4. How we share information
We may share personal information with: - Licensed producers / agency staff working your request - Insurance carriers, MGAs, and service vendors as needed to quote, underwrite, enroll, or service coverage - Technology vendors (hosting, CRM, form/email/SMS providers, analytics) under contracts that limit use - Professional advisers (legal, compliance, accounting) as needed - Authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process - Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to applicable law
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense of a data broker sale. Some analytics/advertising technologies may constitute “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws — see Section 8. Do not claim “we never share with any third parties” on the site; that statement is inaccurate if vendors, carriers, or analytics are used.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tech
We may use cookies and similar technologies, including via Google Tag Manager or comparable tools, to measure traffic and (if enabled) support marketing. You can control cookies through browser settings; some site features may not work if cookies are blocked. We do not currently show a separate cookie banner; you can control cookies in your browser settings.
6. SMS and email
- SMS/calls: only with appropriate consent or another lawful basis; opt out of SMS by replying STOP; HELP for help. Carrier rates may apply.
- Email: commercial email includes an unsubscribe mechanism; transactional/service messages may still be sent as allowed by law.
7. Retention
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, including licensing, carrier, tax, and dispute-resolution needs, then delete or de-identify when appropriate. Records related to insurance transactions are typically retained as required by licensing and carrier rules (often up to several years). Contact us for specifics.
8. State privacy rights (U.S.)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing (including targeted advertising or “sale”/“share” as defined by law). To exercise rights: syd@sehealthsolutions.com. We will verify requests as required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights where prohibited by law.
Florida / other state addenda: Florida and other state residents may contact us at the email above to exercise applicable privacy rights.
9. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size and the sensitivity of data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11. International visitors
We are U.S.-based and process data in the United States. We do not represent that this site is GDPR-certified.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted when appropriate.
